of hostile, intrusive or destructive code.

An application which allows the transferring of files from one computer to another
across the Internet.
A form of Malware which encrypts data belonging to a user,
for the purposes of extorting a ransom.
A program which conceals running processes, files, registry and services from the
Operating System. Typically used by Malware to hide their
presence from Antivirus and Antispyware.

of inter-process communication.

A form of Malware which aims to monitor user behaviour and
data without user knowledge or consent.
